Ask God for grace so that all of your thoughts and deeds will be directed purely.
Visualise a place, be it a mountain a stream or a temple, where God is found. Dwell on this place for a time.
Visualise another place where your soul is imprisoned among beasts and corruption. Here is where sin lies.
Consider in this place those fallen angels, who were created in grace but through one single choice of pride cast themselves into this prison of sin. Think about how many times you have sinned in comparison to them, but by losing your pride and becoming humble you may escape and be forgiven.
Consider people who have passed away in their sin, still prisoners of their own making, rejecting the infinite goodness of God.
Reflect on your good fortune to be able to choose from now on the right path. Think about your will, and how you have used and can use your choices to avoid and escape this prison.
Now consider that God, the essence of goodness and love, becomes man. Being man he must die, but with his death he takes the burden of all sin from you. Being God, death has no power to imprison Him. Look at yourself and ask what you have done, are doing, and should do for Him.
Ask for the grace to be the essence of goodness and love.
