When you begin this exercise you will find a darkness. This darkness is like a cloud always between you and God.
It prevents you from seeing Him, understanding Him, and experiencing His love.
Rest in this darkness for a time, always reaching out for Him.
It is only through this cloud, beyond this darkness, that you will be able to experience Him.
