Consider the three Divine persons looking down on all the people through all eternity, and seeing that the people would condemn themselves to hell decided that one Divine person should enter the temporal world, to bring the Divine into the temporal world.
Consider the time and place where a mother would give birth to the Divine person.
Ask for the interior knowledge of the Divine person in the world, and that you may be like Him.
See all the people in the world in their varieties and differences: clothes, actions, war, peace, weeping, laughing, well or ill. Think about the three Divine persons looking down on all of this, on the people in their blindness. See the messenger to the lady giving birth.
Hear what the people in the world are saying: how they talk to each other, swearing, blaspheming. Think again about the three Divine persons looking down on this. Hear the messenger to the lady giving birth.
Now think what you would say to the three Divine persons and to the lady.
